Chemically Cleaned Roof Terrace/Balcony - Goffs Oak

Tiled roof terrace covered in algae and lichen. As this was a roof terrace we decided to take extra caution by chemically cleaning the surface before a very light jet wash. This was the safest way to tackle this job without potentially causing a leak. We did this using our chemical surface cleaning system. Our client was very satisfied to say the least ;)

WEEDS WEEDS AND MORE WEEDS!

Where do we start! This block paved rear patio hadn't been cleaned for over a decade but the home owner did take care of the weeds until a few years ago...

Deep cleaned using the mighty force of our custom built cleaning system, then chemically cleaned to remove the Black Spot Lichen. Lastly it was re-sanded and we applied our weed inhibitor to prevent any weeds from germinating. Thank you for reviewing our Facebook page and reminding me to post this. Tegula Block Paved Drive, Indian Sandstone Steps

Last week one of the jobs we cleaned was a 110m2 driveway and Indian Sandstone Steps which came up like new. Unfortunately for the client, he had bought his own pressure washer and told his son to clean the driveway - ditto! They started on the Indian Sandstone Steps by the front door which was covered in Black Spot Lichen and Algae. I only wish I could have interviewed the clients' response when he said they tried to do it. With no joy whatsoever we were called in to clean the place up. We were able to successfully clean the driveway and steps in one day and was back to re-sand the driveway at a later date. The sandstone was chemically cleaned removing all traces of black spot lichen without damaging the surface using a pressure washer. The driveway was blasted and also chemically treated to remove the black lichen around and near the trees. I only wish we took close up pictures of sandstone before we started to clean it.

Tegula Driveway & Patio Jet Washing

Over in West Hampstead this week, we cleaned a Tegula block paved driveway and patio that suffered with the usual weeds, algae and moss. We also tackled some quarry tiled steps at both front and back of the property. All came back to life once we were finished.

120 Square meter Block Pave Forecourt and Sandstone Patio

Huge driveway/forecourt clean last week measuring over 120m2, we had our work cut out along with the rear patio which was done before the front was cleaned. Very pleased client as the areas were cleaned successfully hassle free and the finish speaks for itself.

Granite Patio Cleaning #Flagstones

Earlier this week we cleaned two granite flagstone configuration patios for two next door neighbours in Chigwell, both were very pleased with the results. We also cleaned the steel powder-coated table and chair set which came up looking like new. Shame we forgot to take pictures!

Granite surfaces were chemically cleaned removing all green algae and black lichen, then pressure washed all using our cleaning system. Drains on both properties were swept out and cleared. Glass and window frames rinsed and cleaned using glass cleaner as per usual.

Cobble Driveway & Concrete Flagstone Rear Patio

Larger than an average Driveway or Patio but not a problem for us on the day. All was pressure rotary cleaned using our custom build cleaning system, and the rear patio was also chemically cleaned to remove any black spot lichen. Nice sunny weather enabled it to be re-sanded on the day and we also applied our weed inhibitor. Shame pictures do not do it justice.

Resin Set Driveway & Rear Patio

Yesterday we cleaned a 40m2 resin set driveway that hadn't been cleaned for a good while along with a rear patio, steps and side path. Our client was very pleased with the end results. Before the work was agreed to go ahead the gentleman wanted a free demo on the rear patio because when he pressure washed it in the past, it made no difference. He was pleasantly surprised with the result we soon achieved however, I advised him it needs to be chemically cleaned to get into the pours of the stone to fully remove all traces of algae and black spot lichen. Unfortunately he did not want this level of cleaning but the results are still quite remarkable.
